LEGISLATIVE ACTION

The Legislature reduces the Division of Lottery's advertising expenditures by 
$2,000,000, which will result in an increase in Lottery funds for Education by 
$2,000,000.

The Legislature adds $17,200,000 for services and expenses related to the State's 
administration of Video Lottery Gaming and Indian Gaming.

Article VII

The Legislature denies the Executive's Article VII proposal to alter certain 
restrictions on hours, space, and food sales placed on retailers.

The Legislature approves the Executive's Article VII proposal to authorize an 
increased payout for three Instant ticket games. 

The Legislature extends Quick Draw through May 31, 2004.
