This agency is included in the Public Protection and General Government appropriation bill. State Operations The Executive proposes an All Funds State Operations appropriation of $3,225,000, reflecting an increase of $115,100 or 3.7 percent above SFY 2001-02. This increase consists of the following: -- a $262,000 net increase in State Operations funds reflecting salary adjustments and other costs associated with agency operations; and -- a $146,000 net decrease in agency expenditures associated with savings achieved by reduction of two vacant FTEs and corresponding NPS. The Executive recommends a Special Revenue Funds Other appropriation of $200,000 for anticipated asset forfeitures in SFY 2002-03, which reflects no change from SFY 2001-02. |
