| Establishes the problem and compulsive gambling prevention, education and treatment fund to provide funding for prevention, education and treatment of problem and compulsive gambling; provides that such fund shall consist of twenty-five percent of the funds transferred to the state tax commission as unclaimed money due on account of pari-mutuel tickets not presented for payment, or two million dollars, whichever is greater. |
